Blue Oak have been protecting businesses from small to large infrastructure Projects for a number of years in Texas. This means we have an intimate knowledge of the State, Rules and Regulations and as such ensure all our Clients are not only comprehensively protected but compliant to all state regulations and requirements.

Security Officers
- A presence that displays authority and integrity
- Professionally uniformed armed and unarmed officers
- Qualified, Licensed and Certified Officers
- Medically trained to also act as a first responder
- Two-way radio equipped and as such are backed by the entire shift if required
- In some cases, Bi-lingual (subject to availability and shift schedules)
- Ready to assist the public for any situation in order to promote goodwill on behalf of the Client
Control Admission
- Security officers will monitor and in some cases ensure complete access and control of personnel and materials into the buildings, construction areas or warehouses.
- The security officer can also ensure visitors and vendors are managed with necessary safety and security issues addressed depending on locations.
- Ensure complete control of all personnel and visitors in the event of an accident, disaster or incident which is paramount to everyones safety.
Static Surveillance – Observe, Monitor & Deter
- Our security personnel often perform surveillance functions, monitoring security cameras depending on the buildings and locations and as such can look out for signs or break-ins, fires, burst sprinklers or any event that may cause damage.
- Our security officers will observe and monitor the flow of people into the buildings and sites and detect inappropriate, illegal behavior and or firearms and act accordingly in the best interests of the Client.
-Our security officers will appear in court and present reports of any incidences (evictions, arrests for criminal damage or theft etc.) that we have been involved in or were witness to as required
Mobile Security - Fleet Vehicles
In order to carry out our mobile security obligations, Blue Oak have a comprehensive, new and well-maintained Law enforcement style fleet of vehicles at our disposal.
All vehicles are equipped with:
- As a Law enforcement style vehicle, clearly identified signage and this acts as a clear deterrent to criminals, trespassers and opportunistic thieves
- On and Off-Road Capabilities – All Weather
- Radio capabilities to contact support and back up all units in the event of an incident or emergency
- Digital Camera’s to record evidence of an incidents for future reference or if required as part of a potential court appearance or insurance claim
- Mounted search lights on the truck along with portable searchlights for the mobile inspections of properties and equipment
- Telephone in order to contact the necessary local Law Enforcement Agencies, Fire and Emergency Services if required
- Telephone is also equipped with Security Tracking App that tracks every nominated key points, buildings and locations that are visited logging time and durations linked to a location specific QR code. (In house technology that can be audited on request by the client to ensure we are performing our tasks adequately)
- Comprehensive First Aid kit for our officers to act in the role of a first responder if an incident occurs
Mobile Patrols
As part of the mobile patrols and in conjunction with our Security App, a number of key points will be checked:
- Check the overall physical condition of the buildings, locations and equipment
- Check for obvious signs of damage (broken doors, windows, fencing etc.)
- Check for any potential hazards (broken lighting, chemical spills, fires etc.)
- If an event or emergency is observed, contact the relevant services immediately and help with any necessary evacuations or assistance if required
- Check that no temporary or permanent alarms have been tampered with or activated
- If any irregularities are noticed then the security officer will try to determine the cause of the irregularity along with photographic evidence with a brief report so this can be provided to management at the end of the shift to check with the Client
- Check permission, identification and permits for employees that are working out of normal hours
Signage
Signage (bi-lingual if required) can be provided notifying the public that No Trespassing, No Loitering and all Criminal Offenses will be enforced and or investigated by the on-site security officer.
This signage will also advise the public that all persons are subject to being stopped and questioned on private property.
